16ARLINGTON offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all full-priced items, provided they are in their original condition with all security tags intact. We strive to ensure a seamless experience for our clients while maintaining the integrity of our high-fashion collections.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the 16ARLINGTON security tag remains attached.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel, removing any previous tracking stickers.

• 4.
  Dispatch and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated courier location; once received and quality-checked at our London studio, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
